Version 5.0 of My Calendar includes the new ability to include graphics on your calendars and to choose the font, size, style and color of the font used to create the small previous and next calendars on the monthly calendars. Your existing setup files must be updated! The files included with this application have been updated but you must update any additional ones you have created. To update your existing files follow this procedure:
1. Select Open.. from the File menu and open the first of your existing setup files.
2. If you want to include a graphic space follow the directions under the Using Graphics topic.
3. Open the Font Preferences window.
4. Click on the Small Cal button.
5. Make your selections from the Font, Size, Style and Color menus.
6. Click on the Save As.. button and change the name from Untitled to the name of the file you opened.
7. Click on the Save button and answer Yes to the replace existing question.
8. Repeat this process for each setup file.

窶｢ My Calendar may crash if you are using any one of the system extensions that compress and decompress files and resources on the fly. These utilities profess to double your disk space but many do not handle files and resources safely.
窶｢ Apple released Update 2.0 to System 7.5. This update fixed hundreds of long standing bugs in the Mac System. We highly recommend you update to System 7.5.1 or later!
窶｢ The postnet font must be installed in the proper location or the bar codes will print as numbers instead of bars.
窶｢ You can have problems printing (with any application) if you try to use ATM and Type 1 or 3 postscript fonts and TrueType fonts. Until Apple and Adobe solve the problems you should use one or the other but not both.
窶｢ Although Ram Doubler and SpeedDoubler/Access/Copy are wonderful programs, many problems (bugs) have been reported (especially in the early versions) and if you suspect these utilities are causing problems you should disable them.
窶｢ The memory partition that is preset for My Calendar is adequate for most uses. If you have many windows open, import large graphics or are previewing a calendar and have a database open you may need to allocate more memory.
窶｢ HP inkjet printer drivers are known to be very bad mannered when it comes to printing. They try to grab every byte of memory to print. They call this a feature. Others call it a bug. If you have an HP printer, make sure you have the latest drivers and allocate at least 1200k to My Calendar.
窶｢ Almost all types of functions are enabled in the trial version. Make sure to try all features of the program for compatibility with your system and equipment.
CHANGES FROM VERSION 4.0 TO 4.1
窶｢ You can now print a sample of all of the existing color and black and white icons. Open the Icon Selector window. While holding down the Command key, click on one of the icons. Make the desired selections in the print dialog windows to print all of the icons. NOTE! It will take 8 - 10 pages to print all of the icons if you have not added or removed any.
窶｢ Minor changes have been made to the interface to make all of the windows more consistent.
窶｢ The method of installing the pop up font menu on the font options window has been changed for faster access.
